Think upscale Filipino food. Friendly and professional service. We got the oxtail terrain, gambas, adobo risotto, and the Alaska meringue dessert. The gambas was my favorite! Perfect lightly cooked red shrimp in a delicious sauce. The oxtail was boneless and a bite boring. The adobo risotto was savory with a touch of acidity from the mushrooms. I loved the garlic rice. The meringue with mango, cookies, and corn flakes was interesting….

Visiting from out of town, we dropped in spontaneously for dessert and were so grateful to be seated without a reservation. The flight of three (amaro, aperitif, digestif) they chose for me was exceptional, and the Silvana Alaska was absolutely delicious! Their unique take on Halo Halo and the ube mochi donuts paired with adobo caramel sauce were good. The co-owner and GM, Jami, took the time to visit our table, greet us, and graciously pose for a quick photo with us. The entire team was so warm, friendly, and welcoming, and even the restroom was spotless. I can't wait to return to Orlando with enough time to secure a reservation for their full dining or tasting menu!

This is a great little Filipino inspired restaurant. Drinks and food were great. The service from everyone was amazing, they were super energetic and helpful. The portions were slightly smaller given the price, but it was delicious

Kaya delivers a modern interpretation of Filipino cuisine with moments of genuine excellence throughout the meal. The appetizers offered a strong introduction, particularly the lumpiang Shanghai, whose crisp exterior and savory filling made it both comforting and refined. The kinilaw, while fresh, lacked the balance and brightness we hoped for and was ultimately the least memorable dish of the evening. The standout starter was unquestionably the Bicol Express mussels. Rich, creamy, and layered with gentle spice, the sauce is flavorful, it complementing the natural sweetness of the mussels beautifully. For the main courses, the wagyu steak was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, intensely flavorful, and remarkably tender. My least favorite dish was the oxtail kare-kare, it lacked the depth and richness traditionally associated with the dish. While competently prepared. Overall, Kaya succeeds when it leans into bold flavors and careful execution, offering a dining experience that feels both contemporary and rooted in Filipino culinary tradition.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Orlando for Filipino cuisine. I’ve been to the Philippines, and I can confidently say the food here is truly authentic and very well executed. The prices are raisonnable. They had a special Halloween menu, and we tried the scallop crudo, Bicol Express mussels, oxtail kare-kare, Iberico secreto, and the sizzling sisig. I also had the halo-halo for dessert. Every single dish was excellent. The restaurant is mentioned in the Michelin Guide, and the service matched that level. The food arrived quickly, and our waitress was fantastic—friendly, passionate about the dishes, and even shared the stories behind our cocktails, which we really enjoyed. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s not a fancy place, but it has a warm, welcoming vibe and outstanding food.
